Foundation is the first step into the process of building the primal physique. We are creating the perfect machinery that can endure and excel even in the most demanding movement arts. We use a variety of tools to create a smart, strong and resilient body by focusing on resolving mobility issues, eliminating injuries, building raw organic strength, working on coordination and difficult movement patterns, bulletproofing critical joints, interacting with another body and engaging in play.

We draw from disciplines that contain a lot of complex movements patterns like gymnastics, dance, martial arts, yoga, animal locomotion and  create our own unique practice.

Foundation class is for everyone. No matter your current skills or capabilities. It's the first building block in the Momentum training process. We are crafting the body and learning about the user manual of our own machinery.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a Martial Art System with the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend themselves against a bigger, stronger, heavier assailant by using proper technique, leverage, ground fighting, and then applying joint locks and chokeholds to defeat the opponent.

The beauty of BJJ lies in it’s application of physical laws of weight distribution and leverage empowering small and weak people to defeat bigger and stronger opponents. Regarded as human chess its possibilities to use the body and movement patterns is endless. A true discipline where physical intelligence, strength, mobility, awareness, sensitivity, emotional stability and determination is developed. The fighter will use every limb of his body to solve the problem he's presented with. Students of the sport gain a deep understanding of the workings and limits of the human body, benefit from greatly increased physical fitness, problem-solving ability, extraordinary physical intelligence, self-knowledge of their own body and mind and its social benefits.

Jiu Jitsu goes way beyond being a sport. It’s an education of body and mind and carries deeply the spirit of Martial Arts. Jiu Jitsu is where the savage will learn control. The timid will learn to be strong. The outcast become part of something great. The cocky become humbled. The commonality is, we all become better. Jiu Jitsu is for everyone.

Life can be unpredictable, dangerous and ruthless. Everyone will face injury or damage (either physically or mentally) some day. As humans, we don't allow anymore the self-healing mechanism of the body to have space and time to restore, balance and heal. We train but don’t relax, not allowing the body to fully recover day by day. 

The most common imbalance in the body comes from over pressure, inflammation, unrelieved stress and poor relaxation habits. By empowering the natural instincts, “Healing” is the place where we allowed the body and mind to heal themselves. Using tools from yoga therapy, massage therapy, stretching, meditation, breathing, Ayurveda. Our body can be supported to allow its inner raw, natural aspects of healing to create a balanced human being who is able to engage strongly and to relax deeply at will.


Life is a constant balancing phenomena (homeostasis) and so “Healing” will be the space to explore this mechanism and develop the wisdom, and the understanding that a well-trained body and mind can be highly active and deeply passive at the same time. Allowing the inner balance of strength, playfulness, relaxation and wisdom to guide our life in balance with Nature.
